Hi!
I’m a curious kind of person; always trying to figure things out or imagine how something could be. I’m mostly visually oriented so painting art is my thing. And I don’t stick to any one style or subject. In fact, I can’t. There is simply too much to see in our world. Hence, the words “ESSENTIAL, ECLECTIC” suit my work well.
My background is also diverse. Always has been. I’ve lived in the East, in Europe, and in the West. I’ve been a laborer, a teacher, a photographer, a service member, a healthcare business director, an author, and a consultant. My wife and I raised a family and now I’m retired and able to bring all those life experiences to my art.
My Art
I favor the Impressionists styles. Having been a photographer, I found the camera records the light it sees but not the image or feeling that I see. My paintings do.
